The reason I dont freakout about gaining weight is because I know what it takes to lose weight. (Just watch the video and see**) I have been 118lbs, 125lbs, 130lbs and even 150lbs. Each of these times I worked out, I ate ONLY clean foods. I restricted myself to one cheat meal a week or none at all because I just HAD to get abs. Right now I am sitting at what I think is 145lbs because I havent weighed myself and Im just going off of pictures. This extra weight doesnt really bother me the way it used to (Thank you BODYpeace) I am going to workout and eat healthy because I truly FEEL at my best when I do these things. I am going to let my weight be WHATEVER THE HELL IT WANTS TO BE. And listen I get that means I might not look like a fitness model (news flash--I am a nurse not a fitness model) or look fit enough for you. But guess what? The END GOAL in LIFE isnt to be fit. Its to be happy and come into the person God wanted me to be. My goal is to help you realize that too. **This video was filmed in July 2014.
