The reason behind so called backwardness of UP and adjoining areas is season as I understand, not language as is told by one senior political leader. This area jointly experiences extreme summer, rain and winter. This extreme weather forces workers to keep away from work in open for many hours and days. At times yield gained due to hard labour is washed away in rains. People living besides river still suffer most due to rains in the form of flood. They are never stabilized. Likewise labourers also withdraw from work during extreme summer due to hot waves and in winter cold waves keep them confined to homes or allows restricted ventures. Industries should be developed according to the suitability of nature. This will keep us constantly progressive.
