The reason for the PGS generosity in holding a concert in January to help the Institute is clear!! You can see my house being immersed and wrecked, but now repaired. Of course we get storms and are prepared but this February monster had never been experienced in living memory! 40 foot waves twice on two tides, morning and evening. My house had never had a drop of water in since 1944 nor recorded before that!
