The reason most fail is the all or nothing theory. I will eat all good or NO good. Try just making little changes this week and slowly bringing healthier habits in. This week just add breakfast if your normal breakfast is coffee :). Next week try another new thing. The body like everything responds well to small change. You will be more successful this way and it will allow you to learn the why on the emotional side :). Its a journey. Just start with one step.
