Next weeks schedule: I know many of you are taking Monday off - and you should - relax and take it easy, youve worked hard. But . . . my marathon is the end of this month and I need one more long run. I plan to do it Monday afternoon starting at the Hamilton Westside YMCA, running to the Joyce Park Bike Path into Fairfield, to the Fairfield YMCA and then back the same way. Would love to spend my last long run with some good company along the way.
