The recent Wednesday morning road block out by the Rome trade day site, shows that the Rome Police Department, is purposely targeting the Latino Community. Just like when they set a road block down the road from the Dutch Gardens mobile home community. I don’t ever see a road block around Fox Croft, Highlands, Saddle Mountain….Rome PD, I ask why? Set up road blocks for a purpose, checking seat belts, car seats in general areas where at least it may seem that you’re not targeting us. But setting up “shop” in areas such as these, YOU know who/what you are looking for and it simply cannot be denied. And this is what has been on my mind.
