"The recent tweak to the COE system saw a further distinction of Category A cars by restricting engine power as well as engine size. The move met some criticism as it penalizes more efficient small cars and may cause dealers to import more inefficient cars which will ultimately impact the environment. In response, Transport Minister Lui Tuck Yew said that the government had deliberately decided to ignore environmental consideration in the new tweaks." What do you think?
