The result of my complaint to the Better Business Bureau regarding CJ Hammer and how they dealt with me and my broken pump (a pump they installed that was still under warranty): I had not used their name before as I was hoping they would stand behind their product. However they have failed to do so and now I am forced to get in line with a new company to have another pump installed. BEWARE OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! After this point, it is still possible that the organization may contact you to resolve this complaint. We regret that a more favorable outcome could not be reached, but be aware that your complaint will remain on record and will serve as a stern warning to others to avoid all dealings with the party in quesiton.
