The results of Robbies MRI and LP are in. LP continues to show no cancer cells in his CSF!!! His MRI shows that his fluid space has not changed as much as I would like it to and it is something that I will be addressing at our appointment tomorrow. It also shows a small spot illuminating, that is currently not a concern (especially with no cells in CSF) but we will be watching it. They do not normally do MRIs during radiation for this reason as things can falsely show up. Again, a small spot, not currently a concern, but could still use prayers for it regardless to ensure it stays an area of no concern. We will be doing another shunt series at some point to check the fluid space and will be doing another full MRI prior to high dose chemo which is set to start on 9/02/14 Thank you for your prayers!
