The results of the most recent Keynsham AA club match fished at Trinity Waters, Woodlands Lake on the 10th August 2013 Confirmed our expectations of a really good match. Gerry Welsh fishing peg 14 fished a long pole down the edge of his left margin 6 inches off the timber staked bank with meat and corn over micro pellet. Gerry caught carp to 8 lb through out the match and weighed in 189 lb of Carp, of which 20 lb 8 oz was cancelled out due to two nets being over the 80 lb fish limit, this gave Gerry a final result of 168 lb 8 oz. 2nd place went to Warren Bates fishing Golden peg 31. Warren fished 8 mm hard pellet up in the water at 14 metres and occasionally taking carp under the bush to his left margin.
