The rockets out of Gaza seemed to have subsided....for now. Our boys in the IDF fought valiantly for their people and for their land and have sacrificed much to put an end to the enormous threat that the rockets and the tunnels imposed on Israel. Our nation has lost so many precious souls and we are in mourning, yet moving ahead resolute and strong, as we lick our wounds. Because there is no other choice. We do not rely on the fickle and superficial good graces of the world. We do not need or seek anyones permission to defend our right to live in our land - to exist. Our defense is in Jewish hands. Our destiny is in Jewish hands. I cannot fathom settling for anything less. We are well aware that Israel had the power to finish Hamas once and for all, just as we are aware of the political reasons that Hamas has been left standing. We know that its just a matter of time till the rocket attacks resume and that we have to face them again as well as others who are determined to destroy us. And we will face them. The next war may very well be the big one. Our faith in God is strong. Good will triumph over evil. And we will win. You can tell your friends Zahava told ya so.
