The sacred energy is rising. Tune in! We ARE sacred energy. Personal reflection time. Been noticing the discomfort I experience being in a body sometimes. It feels limiting. Dancing to smooth rhythm is a time when I feel at ease and fully able to express myself. Flowing through the chaos is my natural ability. Staying still, grounding into this earth is my struggle. This is my challenge. I completely accept. And the dancing will all ways continue to raise the flame in my soul. Noticing the gentleness in the air, feels like a portal of hope has burst open into our atmosphere. Stay strong warriors, the prophesy is being fulfilled and there is no more need for worry. Big love to the Quinault REservation and the medicine it shared with us on the full moon. Feeling so blessed to be headed to the San Juan Islands for the first time, tomorrow taking off for a kayaking expedition with my amazing father, Jon Gerard.
