The same reasons that I tell my non-pregnant athletes to support squatting below parallel apply to pregnant women as well … the basic principles of human anatomy do not change just because a woman is pregnant. Every gym has had someone working out while pregnant, and in addition to being impressive, these women are redefining what fitness means for them and their child.
