The scary thing about the Donald Stirling case is that here you - TopicsExpress

The scary thing about the Donald Stirling case is that here you have a man who was in a private conversation (not defending the contents of the conversation mind you) and it was recorded and released to the public without his knowledge. The person who recorded it should be prosecuted at a minimum. Further, where does this end? I mean are owners of sports teams going to given a virtual ideological cavity search to determine if they believe or have spoken or taken positions on matters and politics that dont comport with the status quo of the nation? So one owner might be for marriage and another for Pro-Life causes and yet another for Second Amendment rights. Does that mean that we will expect a vetting witch hunt to root out anyone who doesnt socially conform?
