Committee on Mass Campaign 25. Committee on Ways and Means 26. Committee on Finance QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CANDIDATES: a. The President shall be bonafied student of University of Rizal System Rodriguez; shall have no bad records in the OSDS; shall not hold Presidency in all extra-curricular organizations; should secure clearance or certificate of good moral character from the adviser of his/her organization; should be full load or at least 18 units not considering whether regular or irregular student; b. The President and Vice-President Internal and External shall have at least one-year leadership experience in any organization in the University of Rizal System Rodriguez; and shall have no failing grades; c. The Vice President Internal and External, Secretary General, Deputy Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, Public Information Officer, Peace Officers, Business Manager, Course Representatives and Councilors shall be bonafied students of the University of Rizal System Rodriguez; shall have no bad records in OSDS; shall not hold any Presidency in all extra-curricular organizations; shall garner the complete number of units prescribed in the prospectus of the course and/or at least 18 units if irregular students; d. The Secretary General and Deputy Secretary shall have basic knowledge in making resolutions and communication letters as well as knowledgeable in basic computer; e. The Treasurer and Auditor shall have basic knowledge in Accounting; f. The Public Information Officer shall be knowledgeable in English, either written or spoken; He/ She shall be also approachable; and g. The Business Manager shall be knowledgeable in feasibility study and project proposal making -COMELEC
