The school consolers always fail to tell you about the debt when they tell you to go to college and the mortgage loan guy also fails to tell you that the value of your house will only go down. I was told by multiple people that there is a such thing as good debt. At one time that statement was true for the older people that told me that, but in my opinion all debt is bad debt. If you disagree with me then please put your money where you mouth is and come buy my house for more than I paid for it. It will be a win win for you if you actually believe the bullshit that you are telling my generation. Also, the cost of college for you was a fraction of what it cost today, and yes I figured in inflation.
