The school says we are going to hold a dance and young (8th grade) girls attire must be appropriate and strapless dresses are not allowed. So as a parent what do you do? You SUE?!?!? You losers FAIL at parenting. No you FAIL at life. You SUE the school for having a dress code for the Schools Dance asking that very young girls be modestly attired? They are 8th grade girls you losers. Who the hell are these people that go out and sue schools over something like this? Lawsuits should be used to redress grievances that truly have impacted you. These are the type of lawsuits that I wish judges would start imposing the court cost and legal fees of the defendants back on the plaintiff and maybe a fine to go with it for wasting the courts time and resources. These parents should be very ashamed.
