The second new polish is the patriotic limited edition Red, White & Blue-tiful. The 4th of July is celebrate with the iconic color combination, red, white and blue throughout the nation. This year, our patriotic themed polish features mini metallic stars. We started with a holo marine blue star, added silver holo graphic stars, and finished with metallic red stars and a scattering of red holo stars. Swimming among the stars are micro red, sliver and blue glitters and micro holographic glitters for a sparkly finish. This limited edition polish will be available through the end of July. Please Note: The Dab & Spread method works best when applying this clear glitter top coat. The stars like to hold hands and can clump when coming out of the bottle. Use two coats of Clearly On Top for the smoothest look.
