The seeming political fever that is rocking the Peoples Democratic - TopicsExpress

The seeming political fever that is rocking the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is gradually taking a new turn as the interested northern governors who were perceived to be secret members of APC have not indicated any sign to leave the umbrella. The implication for this is that, the plan by Chief Tony Anini to return Jonathan as a consensus candidate without a primary may experience a hitch. The Jigawa state governor has in the latest interview described the APC as a fraud and has no intention to leave the big umbrella. He opined that, the major problem with this country is ethnicity and that accounts for the reason why it is easy to attain a better hight in this country.Iam still in the web of confusion as I find no answer to why so many people continue to threaten Jonathan on account of his second term bid. There is also a school of thought which holds sway that,Jonathan is suffering from political persecution because he is from the minority tribe, the proponent of this school of thought as headed by Chief Edwin Clark maintained that Jonathan must be president in 2015.It is not bad to have Jonathan as a president afterall he is a Nigerian and he is also guided by the constutition to run for the second term. However, what I find very unpalatable is the fact that, some people are echoeing it strongly that Jonathan must be president as if it were a matter of force.A well ventilated political atmosphere is such that allows opposition,it is such that create an ambient condition where every doubt is cleared.Let there be other people contesting with him and in thesame party.IAM WAITING!
