The several batches of beer that went bad with the introduction of the new brewing system have now been disposed of down the drain and/or into the outside trashcan. There were a full dozen beers that were not opened after the first one blew the cap, my bottle opener and my hand away from it, and sounded like a high-powered rifle when it did so (and of course, it spewed beer all over the bathroom counter and sink I was working in). The rest of that batch went into the trash as is.
