The shelter is hoping we will just go away, and they will be able to go back to business as usual. Let them know we are not going anywhere, until we get Justice for Mistoffelees. The petition is asking for 10,000 signatures and currently there are only 3712. Please believe me when I say this is not a onetime incident and it will continue to happen. The only way anyone will listen is if there are enough voices to be heard. The shelter portrays everyone who stands up to them as crazy animal fanatics that can’t be taken seriously, which this is so far from the truth. The local paper in our county as well as the government (the facility is used for the county animal control) backs everything the shelter does, no matter how horrendous it may be. Please don’t let this be another case that gets swept under the carpet and the shelter yet again gets away with murder.
