The signs were removed by city workers. The issue of legality was explained to me as the signs were hung on the park fence. As shown in the video, and as the city workers returned them on stakes that seem to indicate that they were mounted in the ground, the allegation seems inaccurate. Im no lawyer, but the restaurant owner was the one who made complaint to city that they had been improperly removed. I would only ask that the explanation be made as to reason. If based on fact they are on city property, why the seeming focus on these and not the ones mounted on bridges that city workers drive by daily?
