The six partners of Burlington Associates in Community Development are pleased to welcome Amy Wright into our national consulting cooperative. Amy has over 25 years of experience as a developer of permanently affordable housing, with a specialty in utilizing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. She has assisted nonprofit organizations in producing and preserving housing for low-income families and elders, housing with supportive services, and limited equity cooperatives. She has also devised workout plans for nonprofits with troubled projects or under-performing portfolios. Her development expertise will be a fine addition to a firm whose work has been focused since its founding in1993 on supporting the productivity and sustainability of community land trusts and similar organizations promoting equitable community development.
