The socialists are beating the drum again about employers should pay all employees a living wage. Their comment reveals an ignorance of how business works and where the responsibility for economy lies. The amount of money someone earns is based on three things: 1. The ability to do the job 2. The demand for what they do 3. The difficulty of replacing them Thats all. The amount of money an employee earns is based on the VALUE the employee brings to the employer; NOT on what their bills are.
