The stock market is witnessing heightened activities and is increasingly getting importance. The main objective of this paper is to study the impact of fiscal stimulus on Indian share markets. The impact on stimulus is seen by taking analyzing the share prices of the market leader of the companies within the sector in which stimulus package has been given? This will be seen by the mean of share prices of the market leader of those sectors in which the incentive has been given. It the same will be done for the market indices.
