The stories of Narnia and Lord of the Rings (which a lot of people - TopicsExpress

The stories of Narnia and Lord of the Rings (which a lot of people enjoyed with their families and saw in the movies) are nowhere to be found in the Bible, yet despite their absence from the biblical narrative no one was offended by them because apparently those two movies (full of fictitious and often dark characters) apparently had a Christian perspective. Now that the movie Noah is getting the same treatment as Narnia and The Lord of the Rings (with similar fictitious characters) a lot of people are offended because it deviates from the Bible narrative, even though the story also appears in the non-biblical sumerian literature known as The Epic of Gilgamesh. Listen folks... if you are spending time and money to go to with your family to the movies (a place that was considered to be the seat of scoffers by many churches;) then stop the whining, watch the movie and enjoy your time. Like Timothy examine everything carefully and hang on to what is good. If you did not complain with Narnia, please dont complain with Noah, at the end of the day no one is going to die and no one is going to hell for watching the Narnia version of Noah.
