The story goes.... Spring of 2002 a patient (not with it) wanted off a scanner and when I tried to help they fell and herniated 3 discs in my back. Was on steroids and had several spine injections. All went well no wt gain no pain. Move forward to 2008 traveling ( 90%) for work, training staff in a hospital when a pt decided to run from the staff and was pinned against a wall. Injured/herniated discs in low back. This time double steroids and injections. Outcome is I am pain free speed walking and running up to. 3 miles per day! Down side was the wt gain and loosing me! Thanks to my daughter ( Amanda) who put up with A Lot! And accepted NO pictures of me during this time! I am back and down 92 lbs. so here are a few pics and Amanda Reinhart I promise we will go take pictures. I know Paige Fearing Lund is ready to do this. My favorite saying is Falling down is part of life. Getting back up is Living. Im BACk!! And Loving IT!!!
