The sudden raise of Kailash Satyarthi to the national scenes reflects the ignorance of the Indian media on the various initiatives taken on socio-national issues like child labour plaguing the country. Its unfortunate that he had to be nominated for Nobel peace prize by the European Union.How long will we continue to ignore initiatives like Bachapan bacho Andolan?And is that only the western world has to recognize such good deeds? This accolade to Ms.Malala and Mr.Satayarthi should act as an impetus for the media to highlight the true heroes, instead of showing interest and telecasting personal affairs of Pseudo heros like Salman Khan,Sharukh Khan.Hats off to Mr.Kailash Satyarthi.
