The sunshine we saw over the weekend will continue throughout the day today. Highs look to be a few degrees higher than the past two days – many of us reach the low 80s today. Some clouds make a return tonight and by tomorrow we will see partly sunny skies. Showers and storms will form to our north, and some may sneak down into our area. So far tomorrow, the best way to put our rain chances is that the further north you are, the better your chance will be, although don’t expect a wash out tomorrow. Wednesday looks to be our best chance of rain this week. As of now, most of the rain looks to come later in the day. If this happens highs could reach the mid 80s for many. If rain arrives earlier, we will be a bit cooler than that. Rain continues through Thursday morning as a cold front pushes through. I am keeping rain out of our forecast Friday through Sunday, although I can see scenarios where rain could be possible. Moisture will be making a return, so between that and temperatures in the low to mid 80s this upcoming weekend may be dry, but more humid than this past weekend. Another cold front looks to move through on Monday, bringing rain chances to start the next work week.
