The symposium was one of the best yet, with Japanese potter, Katsuhiko Matsui as juror and demonstration provider, 150 great pieces on display, an excellent Echizen exhibit, and 12 hands-on sessions including the glaze session Mayco generously provided. Ive attached a photo, which shows the students working under the direction of Pace Academy teacher Mark Knott. He has an undergrad from Piedmont College also helping standing to his right.
