The talking heads are batting around terms like FISA, FISA Court, PRIZM, METADATA and much more. FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act). Key term FORIEGN. PRISM: no one has a good fix as to what it is. Most believe it allows the NSA to capture and "read, view photos" of every Internet communications sent by Americans. False! Do the math. If the NSA had 10,000 employees listening/viewing every transmission over an 8 hour period at one view per minute they would only be able to "look at" 1/1,000th of the estimated 3,000,000,000 electronic transmissions per day. The NSA uses computer scanning to look at "METADATA." Metadata, a very non scientific term. Metadata is data about data. Metadata MAY mean who received, who sent an electronic message and when and where it was sent. Maybe the subject matter. The body of the message is not captured. Talking heads are just that - talking no-nothings.
