The texture and coloration of the new NPP executives has a useful subtext. It responds forcefully for one to the dubious particular ethnic group tag foisted on the party. Secondly the party at the grassroots have shown that deep, problem solving and results delivering tactical and strategic thinking underpinned by enthusiasm and energy is what the party requires for 2016. It is clear that not winning elections for the executives has become a punishable offense going by the record since 2012. Now the task of 2016 looms large. This is my take. The path to victory will be a function of the flagbearer chosen and crucially what the EC does or does not do and campaign strategy. These are my weights : 20% flagbearer; 30% strategy; 50% EC issues and Electoral Laws. Good luck to the new team. They need TONNES.#notesofapatriot
