The thing about healthcare, they dont consider the cost of living at the bare minimum. They should go off what your adjusted gross income which means youd have to have filed the most recent years tax return. Dont think a penalty isnt going to be levied against you. If on Jan. i dont have a plan selected that is acceptable and I can afford, Ill pay a 85 dollar tax and still have no medical care. The 2nd year, it will be a 357/367 (?) tax levied against me with no medical coverage. I cannot even afford the bronze level, not if I want gas to get to work and food to eat.
