The tier-4 useful idiots Dear friends, All of you might have noticed that none of the UKs xenophobic media even right wings zealots are not immensely publishing or posting enough materials having with the anti-immigrant sentiments during this festival and holiday time, especially during Christmas and New Year period, like they used to. One of the reasons behind this may be the religious and cultural reason. Immigrants might also have shared the same religious and the cultural values from their perspective. Another reason is here that is the main time contribution of the immigrant workers allowing the host countrys works, all kind of work force, a freedom to celebrate the festival and enjoy their holidays with their friends and the families without any worries. For instance, most of the foreign workers have literally no homes here in the UK and they are made to stay in the UK without families deliberately denying their visas to join the family member here in the UK by the Home Office breaching the human rights of the families. Therefore, the foreign workers like to work in the holidays rather then staying lonely in their expensive cold box rooms. The British indigenous workers especially do not like to work in the holidays. The other thing is these foreign workers have no choice to celebrate the festivals because the festivals are especially designed to celebrate only for rich people in each and every culture everywhere around the world if you socially research carefully and think properly. In the context of the UK, in this festival time of the year, if there were no any foreign workers tempted to work in the UK business economy, the British economy would not have run the organisations linked with extremely necessary and rudimentary food supply chain and consequently they could not survive without food no matter how rich, nationalist and patriarch they are. Look at the NHS and the Care Homes of the UK. According to the Daily Mail, 4 out of 5 nurses in the NHS UK are from migrant background. These numbers are even higher in the private nursing homes, which is the most important health and social care sector. It is not necessary to mention of the care jobs that most of the British male thinks this is a blatantly lousy job in terms of the nature of the job and the wages from it. No need to mention about other jobs like restaurant jobs from the food business. According to BBC Radio 4, only the British students from low class are forced to work in the pubs, as the wages are barely minimum. I have not seen yet any numbers of British boys and girls working in the restaurants run by foreigner owners such as Chinese, Indian, Nepalese, Africans and so forth. Foreign bosses are exploiting the foreign workers and they are the foundation of the UK economy. The contribution of the foreign workers is vital. The most important contribution of foreign workers in British peoples life is to allow them to have a free holiday time with their family and friends as most of the foreign workers are doing most menial, most lousy and most flexible working hours even doing zero hour contacts without the proper holiday payments on 24-7-365 days basis. They even have no right to claim any humanitarian sick pay from their private bosses even from reputed public enterprises. The are now allowed to choose the holidays as the British holiday makers cannot make the holidays as their preferred seasons if they are not there. Think carefully and calculate how much contribution from holiday payments are the foreign workers contributing to the UK employers and the employers are saving from this if the foreign workers are working day and night to survive in average. How much long hours of their valuable life time are they contributing to the Tax Office, the HM Revenue and costume HMRC even without giving the time to their dearest family members for the sake of very low wage amount of money? Remember, if you are earning low wages, it means you have to work longer hours like a slave without freedom and consequently you are serving more hours then the rich people and contributing to the Tax Office or the nation in this sense. Remember every student workers are paying the NI to the UK government. If you are doing the low paid cash in hand job, still you are contributing by accepting low amount of money from your boss and your boss is unavoidable partner of the UK economy. You absolutely deserve sympathy and this is not your fault. The Home Office deliberately created this opportunity to their partner employers by making law for their class benefit from your vulnerability as Karl Marx argued that ‘the idea of ruling class is in every epoch the ruling idea’ (Marx and Engels, 1945). You are also deprived from being with your family and consequently you will have family dysfunction even problem in your relationship. This is the ‘enigma of Capitalism’ (David Harvey) and the Capitalist zealots are overtly blaming everything on the foreign migrant workers but in fact, they need the foreign workers more than they say in a covert way. This is actually a fishing of cheap labour from the muddy water. The capitalists are just trawling the new cheaper labours from around the world as they have created the circumstances to head to the UK destroying the political environments of the home countries of the cheap foreign labourers from across the world. They know that they can easily exploit the new foreign labours rather than the old labours because the new labours dont bother to make any complaints in the newly arrived foreign environment. They have also enforced the tricky rules so that they can easily evade the social burden of foreign workers in terms of their rights and the benefits. They cannot easily exploit their indigenous workers and escape from their rights like they can escape from the foreign workers’ case. Additionally, the foreign labourers bring some fresh amount of upfront money while arriving in the UK in the form of cash, traveller’s cheque or any medium of remittance by paying the fees directly. In the other hand, the human traffickers are directly benefitting from this consequently the gang masters of the UK and subsequently they are fulfilling the purpose of their big boss, the elite fews of the liberal democrats, the parliamentary Westminsters who are continuously planning by changing the lopsided laws and thus gaining the power to control everything from their positions.
