The time of politics is here again. I am not a politician but I - TopicsExpress

The time of politics is here again. I am not a politician but I have some pieces of advice to give. The trend of things in Nigeria today is tilting towards either of the following: (1) Division. The division I am talking about here is not necessarily North and South but religious division. That is to say, a political party in this nation is implementing Islamic agenda decieving the entire nation that they are working for our good. The grand design of fanatical Muslims in Nigeria is, according to Sir Ahmadu Bello, to dip the Quran in the ocean - that is to take over the Southern part of Nigeria. The political party in question has been breathing brime stone and fire promising us that they would make Nigeria ungovernable if they do not win the forthcoming elections. The request for a grazing land in all the states for cattle rearers is in line with Islamic agenda. Nigerians all over Nigeria and in diaspora should resist this move because once it is done, the next thing is to establish emirates in all those grazing areas. A stitch in time saves nine. (2) Anarchy. Think about this, members of this political party dliberately and rejoicingly create confusion in this country. The way the SPEAKER of House of Representatives handled his diffection was a deliberate attempt to distabilize the second legislative house of this great nation. When people of this political party always say POWER MUST COME BACK TO THE NORTH it is a way of telling Nigerians that the South is a subsidiary element in Nigeria; and when they make a comment like this it is not that the love the North but a subtle way of saying that Muslims must take over power. Nigerians, especially the president of this country, should open his eyes and see the schemes of his opponents. What is happening in the North-Eastern Nigeria should teach us some lessons. Saboteurs who claim to be working for the good of Nigerians are betraying soldiers and civilians, selling Nigerians to Boko Haram. Boko Haram has declared religious war in Nigeria. Our politicians deceive us that this is not religious. But think about this: all the local governments captured by Boko Haram are majorly occupied by Christian. 98% of the Chibok abducted girls are Christians; Churches and Christians are demolished; when Christians are captured and refuse to convert to Islam, they are brutally decimated. If this is not religious war, what is it? WHO IS FOOLING WHO? Christians and non-muslims, open your eyes and arise to your responsibilities for the good of all in Nigeria.
