The timelines written on the covers of Madeleines book Terms of seizure: At this time, it is considered of interest to the investigation to attach to the present deed, two covers of a childs book, on the inside covers of which is a schedule for supervision, hand-written by one of the McCann couples group of friends and participant in this deed by name of Russell OBrien. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The writing of the two timelines took place sometime around midnight on the night of Madeleines disappearance. Although it has later been said that Gerry McCann was also involved in writing them it is not clear whether or not this was in fact the case. It might be that Gerry was somewhere else entirely. If that was the case it might explain why one of the timelines has the name GERALD printed on it as if it was intended for him alone. If he was present at the time why would he need his own copy? Were these timelines written as an aide-memoir for the Tapas group of a series of events which actually happened? Or were they the first drafts of a fictional scenario which everyone was to follow?
