The tone is similar to his first claim after he/Riek narrowly escape the closest miss ever in his life. In his first interview on a Satellite phone, he called President Kiir-Mayardit an illegitimate president that lack credentials to lead South Sudan as a nation anymore. And thereafter he kept shifting his claims and positions up-to-date. I believe he has learned a lesson that claiming entitlement by words is cheap than impractical. He is the most chippy and creepy intellectual that I could ever imagine. He knows now that his lairs are moving nobody at all in South Sudan and broad except his slaves who can never say never. Though he is annihilating them day-in-day-out.
