The top natural physiques that use IIFYM. Regardless of the IIFYM part, these are some the top natural physiques I have seen in a while. Probably has to do with something about tracking their intake, but that would be lazy. It would be lazy to measure your food everyday. It would be lazy to have to search for food sources that fit into the numbers specifically tailored to your body type, age, program, activity level outside the gym, etc..... It would be lazy not be able to go YOLO on your cheat day because you have a calculated refeed where you are watching your protein intake, lowered fat to a specific amount, monitoring fructose/sucrose intake, paying attention to starch vs simple sugars for the majority of your refeed.... But thats lazy. Surely its lazier than eating the same thing every day. Because that takes effort. (Been there, done that). I have pretty much all day for anyone who wants to discuss, publicly so others can join, why you cannot use IIFYM (Tracking your food intake by numbers) and compete on stage. I only ask a few things. -Have an understanding in HUMAN metabolism -Actually know how the body works in general -Have an open mind (because I am for even entertaining this) -Accepting of science when it is shown -Presenting science when a claim is made READY................ GO.
