The town hall conversation hosted by Channels Television for the leading contenders in the Anambra gubernatorial elections was two hours well spent! Out of the 5 expected candidates only Senator Chris Ngige of #APC and Ifeanyi Ubah Governor of #LP bothered to show up. Candidates of #APGA #PDP and #PPA were MIA. I hope Anambrarians who will be voting come November 16 tuned in to watch these two candidates share their plans to revitalize the state. I was particularly impressed by Dr. Ubah who had creative and fresh ideas of how to tackle issues of insecurity and make the state enterprising. Sen. Ngige other hand, who by the way showed up before all the other candidates (well in this case dr. ubah) elicited rounds of laughter from the audience when he told Anambrarians that he built VIP toilets with 250 million naira worth of allowance that was awarded to his Senatorial district in 2011 for constituency projects.
