The track team had a great day at the FHSAA District Track Championships at Calvary Christian in Clearwater. The team had a tremendous showing with 3 District Champions and 11 individual athletes advancing to the Regional Meet! Madison Cox placed 2nd in the 100m and won the district championship in the 200m and 400m. Josh Wolcott placed 3rd in the long jump and was the district champion in the triple jump. Lilly Dunaj and Kesia Solanke advanced to regionals by placing 4th in the shot-put and 1600m respectively. The Lancers also advanced the girls 4X800m and boys 4X400m relay teams to regionals. The girls 4X800m members are: Kristen Paskert, Danielle Baker, Kesia Solanke, and Gabriella Badmus. The boys 4X400m member are: Evan Puig, Haynes Simpson, Ramiro Mendoza, and Nathanael Bustamante Congratulations to Coach Wojnarowski, Coach Martin, and the entire track team. Great job!
