Sample the award-winning miraval rose from the jolie-pitt vineyard in provence Throughout November, Hotel Arts Barcelona will be serving a choice of two delectable white truffletasting menus that will be expertly paired with a selection of exclusive wines. This sought-after delicacy comes into season next month and will be the central ingredient in a unique menu created by renowned Catalan chef, Paco Perez, and the team behind two Michelin starred restaurant Enoteca. Gourmet enthusiasts will be able to choose from the full indulgent tasting menu or a shorter edited version. The menus will include a number of innovative dishes that incorporate white truffle and showcase its wonderfully subtle flavour. The white truffle tasting menus will be available throughout November 2014 at Enoteca, Hotel ArtsBarcelona. The full indulgent tasting menu costs 200EUR (VAT incl.) per person and the shorter gourmet version is €170EUR + €80 for the wine pairing menu.
