The ultimate peach cobbler!!! -1 box yellow cake mix (not baked, just the powder) -1/3 cup butter -2 large eggs -29 ounces canned (or fresh!) peaches, drained -8 ounces cream cheese -1/3 cup sugar -1 teaspoon vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake, butter, 1 egg. Mix with a fork until crumbly. Separate ½ a cup of crumble for topping. Using cooking spray, spray a 9x13 glass dish. Using your fingers press remaining crumble into the base of the dish. Bake for 9 minutes. Slice peaches into a 1 inch piece. In a bowl, beat together suger, cream cheese, 1 egg, and vanilla until creamy. Layer peaches on top of the crust. After spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the peaches. Top with the ½ cup of crumbs and bake for 30 minutes! After 30 minutes allow the cobbler to cool down. Best served with vanilla ice cream!
