The upper castes in Bihar have ruled for decades under the Congress regime, and what did their leadership achieve for us: lowest literacy rate, lowest per capita income, no say in the cultural and intellectual landscape of India, unspoken poverty, unemployment, ridicule to the identity of Bihar. They should forget about ruling over Bihar single-handedly, and if they want to contribute to the growth of Bihar, and they will have be just team members. They can not hope to be captains or coaches. So long as Nitish Kumar is talking about the growth, development and identity of Bihar, I will support him. We need someone who can take care of caste dynamics but at the same time can rise above the same and give a direction to the state--instead of just getting submerged under the caste politics. -Kumar Vikram
