What a fun clinic this past weekend! The people were fantastic and already knew quite a bit about the training. We got to discuss their ongoing training. It was awesome to have Minty there! He doesnt get to clinics much these days so it was uber fun to see him out enjoying himself and facing new challenges. He hasnt seen much in the way of obstacles. He is very careful and aware of changes in footing and where his feet are going. So. as a demo, we worked through the pedestal and the teeter totter. He was a champ. I really thought the teeter totter would be a bit unnerving for his excessive carefulness…but he aced it! What a great weekend! A huge thank you to Melissa and Auburn Equestrian Center as well as Sue Crum for hauling Mint to the clinic! You two are amazingly supportive and kind.
