The vehicles pictured do not depict what I seen that night.. I saw a vehicle about 150 feet west of the emergency vehicle with red lights flashing. It appeared to me the emergency vehicle had made a traffic stop at the intersection so I went back to bed after being awakened. A short time later I got up and watched as two other emergency vehicles pulled up behind the stationary emergency vehicle. All three vehicles had red lights flashing. The other hehicle was fasing east with no one attending.
