The video is scary and ridiculous all at once. I was thinking this AM that there are some religions that dont believe in any medical care intervention. So if a company that had primary owners who believed that medical intervention is against their religion, can they not provide any medical coverage? what about blood transfusions? I do understand that an person (the employee) can pick and choose which company to work for---so would a person know the religious practices of a company that they are thinking about working for? There needs to be some law around full discloser. I would hate to be in a car accident and need to have a blood transfusion...to save my life. Only to find out later that, even though I had medical insurance, my employer decided not to cover blood transfusions for religious reasons..I have not read anything about full discloser---do companies have to say that their practices are based on religious beliefs. Where is the line?
