The visitation for Phil Stephens, husband of Gail Phillips Stephens (Hexter 1957-1964), will be Saturday, July 19th 6-8 PM at 3404 Nova Tr., Plano, Texas 75023. The memorial services for Phil Stephens will be Sunday July 20th at 3:00 PM at Park Cities Baptist Church; 3933 Northwest Parkway;Dallas, Texas 75225. After the service there will be a reception in the foyer. In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up at Bank of America for the 4 young grandchildren that Phil and Gail have been raising Donations to this fund are in lieu of flowers If you have questions or want Gails address or cell #, please message me.
