The volunteers started out the new year busy. Squad 78 was called to cover perkiomen while they operated on a house fire. While in station the squad with ladder 83, squad 65 and rescues 54/86 took in a oder of gas inside call. Immediately after finishing up a dwelling box went out for Upper Salford for a basement fire. The squad and engine with rescue 86 stations 52 42 72 and 65 responded with no services needed. Shortly after that the engine tanker and utility assisted 89 on a working dwelling. Crews assisted with various tasks.
