The wandering Passover It is known that the exiting of different system of calendars reckoning in our world created huge influence on the celebration and observation of our holidays. Especially it is the main reason to be an obstacle for different religious people unable to do their prayer and observe the holidays together on the exact date. Because of that existing difference the main religion followers don’t have the common prayer days to supplicate towards their creator that become the curse to the nations. Among the main holidays we know that Passover is the main one by Judaism religion followers as Easter or resurrection is for Christians. These two holidays have also some effect on other people in some sense. However because of the above mentioned calendar problem we discern something unusual existed on the date of the Passover. And that unique trend is what we observe each year the different date and days that, unlike other holidays, the Passover falls on. For that reason Passover called the wandering and the roaming holiday. Historically to stop the wandering problem there was made an attempt. However, the Romans magic that buried under the strong basement to make permanent difference between the Jewish holidays and the Christian never open easily the door to repair the days of the Passover to be stable. Saying that, even though, we are not sure to whom it gives especial benefit but its longevity without correction cause us to think and weigh about its secrecy magnitude to be deep. It is clear that, the reason to understand be it the wandering of Passover or Easter for many common worshiper is complicated. Therefore, many of them prefer to listens their religious leader and follow them simply rather than to calculate by themselves. Knowing exactly how long the wandering of Passover last is difficult but guessing would be possible. The difficulty to know the exact time may also serve for well read rabbis, priests and pastors. The reason for that seems, as read, the historical timing of the wandering assumed started before 2000 years ago. During those long duration, in some occasions, have some scholars raised the issue, to correct the dates of the holidays. But most of the time many of them never liked to raise this agenda for it cause and disturbs the usual way of the community life and mainly for the fear of their personal benefit and excommunication as heretics. No wonder then Passover lasts so long time to float here and there in the same way till today. Still many thinks that trend to continue as such. Despite of that fear to confront the community backlash, it is hard to believe that the learned religious people and their religious leader missed to read when to fall the day of the true Passover. But if that happened to happen without their awareness till today then I guess many rabbis and others should relived and rejoice these new finding would help them to correct the date and back to the original Passover time. The Jewish Passover now Now we know that the Jewish Passover is observed on Nissan 15 by the Judaism followers. Therefore to know exactly on which day it falls in the next years one needs to learn in depth how to calculate the Jewish calendar. Unfortunately the Jewish calendar is not as easy as the rest of other related existed calendars. Thus the common people used to depend more on their religious leaders to lead them and celebrate Passover on the date that is to be known on Nissan 15, which falls yearly on different date and days. However, there is some information to get roughly about which day Passover to fall. Generally Passover fall on the spring season after March equinoxes passed during full moon. Since the Jewish calendar month is lunar it is assumed that the new moon is the beginning of the religious month of the Jewish calendar. But since the accumulated days of lunar calendar eventually would slip out of the season the calendar need to adjust by adding a month after some years (for detail knowledge read about the Jewish calendar from other sources). For that reason Passover every year falls on different date and days to be called the wanderer holyday. Eastern falls on the next Sunday after March equinoxes and because of its calendar even though it always falls on Sunday but its date every year is different. Therefore the date is changing every year to be called the same. Any way even it seems the one from the other looks better but the reality is both the Judaism and the Christianity calendar have no harmony with the Torah/bible calendar. And we know that the reason for all problems to be the way they set their calendars. The Gregorian calendar, its root which is based on the ancient Egypt, the solar one, from the time of Cleopatra and Julius ceasors; and the Islamic lunar calendar, probably started from hegira from the time of Mohammed plight from Mecca to Medina seems created just to suit their political agenda at their time than to follow the real one. The same seems about the creation of the current Jewish calendar. As it is recorded, some think this calendar became known started probably since the time of Hillel, the scholar from Babylon later to be the leader of the senhaderin in Jerusalem. Others, think it is started since 900 Ad, far later than the Christian calendar. The main point is all calendars are failed to meet the real one. Of course it is difficult to name which calendar has to be the real one. To ease that difficulty there is one thing that no one should deny. And that is all holidays, namely the Jewish one, except few are based on Torah/bible. So, at least, other than the Islamic holidays which are completely out of the biblical guidance but the Jewish and the Christina holidays suppose to follow the calendar of Torah/Bible. So the real calendar has to be the one that is based on the Bible, which currently we know no one in the world officially follows. Even the eastern orthodox calendar, which is closer to the date of the holidays meet only every eight years the same as the Gregorian calendar. But sadly, the Jewish one, supposedly to celebrate the holidays each year at its exact date fail to do that seemingly forever except very few occasions. Because of that disturbed calendar reckoning pesach (Passover) and Easter are suffering every year to wander here and there. Ironically, the Jewish calendar seems to have credible support from the New Testament than Torah. According to Luke, shockingly, Jesus celebrated Passover, differently than commanded by Torah, on Thursday rather than Sunday. And now on Judaism followers sometimes the Jews celebrate on the same day, on Nissan 15, which sometimes fall on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday etc. Daringly to say, according to Torah they are wrong. Torah commanded the Passover to be kept on the night of the 14th of the first month. And that day is Saturday night meaning the 15th of the first month to fall on Sundays. And that is completely contrary from Nissan 15 which falls on different days, that the Jewish people are now use to celebrate. Sadly once they miss the first holiday that means they miss all the rest almost forever. And surly they missed it probably since the time of the destruction of the first temple, or since the time of Ezra. So, if we find now the true biblical date of Passover that means we are approaching to the blessing of our Creator. Why not? We can correct the date to be fixed on the right date and observe the same way we do it now until we go to the next step. Thus this issue needs to be studied seriously by the concerned body and has to be given a real concern to deal with. The probable misleading part of Torah Unless someone is dedicated in depth, to find the exact days of the Passover, to be cheated easily, the mentioning of the number 14 of the first month in the Torah leads many of us to error. That is why I don’t wonder even the great sage Hillel fail to notice to calculate that part. I doubt also the well educated and excellence Jewish rabbis and scholar to misread this information in Torah. But I think many modern Jews assume that simply the meaning of the 14th of the first month means to be the full moon. When well read though, we find Torah never mentioned about the full moon, yet many of us may think 14th means mutely the time of the full moon counted from the beginning of the lunar month in the spring season. That seems, the misread of 14th is the beginning of the error for all calculations to follow suit. The Christian calendar and Easter has also error for they use of Sundays to celebrate other than Passover to contradict Torah. To conclude the matter, may be the strangest shocking truth is, the 14th of the first month written in the Torah tells about the middle of the month of the Biblical calendar the day 15 to fall on Sundays forever. Therefore, without adding a month to adjust in getting the season of spring, unlike the Jewish calendar, without any mistake, in its season, the Passover falls at the same day forever. Therefore, since torah is the base of our holidays, I suggest, we have to go back to the true calendar to observe the Passover to receive our blessing that can reach the whole world. The evidence about the correct Passover date from Torah • Torah /bible, unlike the tradition of Judaism, never mentioned at any place Passover to fall on the full moon. • The solid evidence Torah says Shavuot to be celebrated 50 days later after the first day of Passover. And it commanded to be counted from the morrow after Sabbath. (Leviticus 23:15) that means Passover suppose to fall always on Sundays after Sabbath. • Therefore Torah commanded the Passover to fall on the date 15 means on the middle of the first biblical month rather than on full moon like many thought to be.
