The weather pattern may shift around August 18-26th. The weather maps have been pointing towards a hot, humid and stormy period for a few days in late August. We might squeeze out a few 90 degree days with some intense lightning displays before the summer season comes to an end. Perhaps we can coin it the back to school heat wave.
